Book of Zephaniah - Chapter 3 - Verse 11

3:11
In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of thee them that rejoice in thy pride, and thou shalt no more be haughty because of my holy mountain.

Meaning

In this verse, the speaker is addressing a time in the future when those who have transgressed against God will not be ashamed of their past actions. The promise is that a day will come when God will remove those who take pride in their own accomplishments and self-importance from the community. This removal of proud individuals will lead to a decrease in the haughtiness seen among the people. The mention of God's holy mountain suggests a return to a state of reverence for God and His teachings.
