Book of Matthew - Chapter 23 - Verse 29

When Jesus uttered the words "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous," he was condemning the religious leaders of his time for their hypocritical behavior.
