Book of Luke - Chapter 11 - Verse 47

Jesus is addressing the religious leaders of his time, rebuking them for their hypocrisy. In this verse, he condemns their actions of honoring the prophets of the past by building monuments for them, while at the same time following in their ancestors' footsteps by rejecting and even killing the prophets.
