11:2
And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

Meaning

When Jesus said to his disciples, "When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth," he was teaching them the Lord's Prayer, a powerful and essential prayer that addresses God as our loving Father who is in heaven. By acknowledging God as our Father, we are recognizing His care and love for us as His children. When we say, "Hallowed be thy name," we are declaring God's holiness and setting Him apart as the ultimate authority in our lives. The next line, "Thy kingdom come," emphasizes our desire for God's kingdom to come to earth and for His will to be done in our lives just as it is in heaven. This prayer not only connects us to God but also helps us align our hearts with His kingdom purposes here on earth.
