26:3
Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father;

Meaning

God spoke these words to Isaac, promising to be with him and bless him as he sojourned in the land. The significance of this passage lies in the reaffirmation of God's covenant with Abraham, Isaac's father. God had promised to bless Abraham and his descendants, giving them the land they dwelled in. This promise was now being passed down to Isaac as God assured him that the oath made to Abraham would be fulfilled through him and his descendants. By choosing to stay in the land God had led him to, Isaac was showing his faith and obedience to God's plan for his life and the future of his lineage. This verse serves as a reminder of God's faithfulness in keeping his promises and the importance of trusting in his plans for our lives, even in times of uncertainty and wandering.
