Theological Overview

As we delve into the theological interpretation of this verse, it is essential to understand the context in which it is written. Here, the use of "strong holds" signifies places of power and influence, possibly referring to nations or rulers. The mention of a strange god denotes worship of idols or false deities, leading to an acknowledgement and glorification of these entities. It is suggested that these actions will result in an increase in power and authority.
